We are constantly expanding our video game selection to make more
great titles available for everyone. Starting this fall, we will be
offering Nintendo DS games for check outin addition to our Wii,
Playstation 3, and XBOX 360 games.
As
the DS collection is just getting started, we only have a few titles
available as of yet. Suggestions for games in any format that we offer,
including Nintendo DS, are always welcome.
Nintendo DS games are playable only on Nintendo DS, 2DS, and 3DS handheld devices. All games check out for a period of seven days. A maximum of two games may be checked out per household.

Teen Read Week
I'm
excited for this year's Teen Read Week, October 13-19. This year's
theme "Seek the Unknown" encourages teens all over the country to read
for the fun of it. Teen Read Week is a time to celebrate reading for fun
while encouraging you to take advantage of reading in all its
forms--books, magazines, e-books, audiobooks, and more! Reading for
pleasure is free, fun, and can be done everywhere! The library has so
many great books! Check out the new books in the Teen Area or ask a
librarian for suggestions. Don't forget to stop in the library
throughout the week for some fun contests and prizes!
Teen Board
I hope everyone is having a great
fall so far. October is such a fun, busy month. Remember, Teen Board
meets October 12th at 1:30 pm.
